About the role
You'll be the strategic partner for healthcare clinics using Debbie-GEO. From day-one onboarding through ongoing growth conversations, you'll help clinics interpret their AI visibility data, translate it into action, and turn early wins into long-term value. Your job is to make every customer a confident, growing power user.
What you'll do
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Run regular strategy sessions with clinic teams to review visibility metrics and recommend next steps
- Build deep product expertise and coach customers on new features and best practices
- Watch customer health signals, flag at-risk accounts early, and drive retention
- Bring product feedback back to engineering and product, with context
- Create scalable resources - guides, walkthroughs, knowledge-base content - that help customers self-serve
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or another client-facing SaaS role
- Strong written and verbal communication - empathetic, consultative, clear
- Comfort with data, dashboards, and translating analytics into a story
- Strong organization across a portfolio of accounts
- Self-starter mindset; comfortable building process from scratch
- Genuine curiosity about AI, search, and how businesses grow online
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or digital visibility strategies
- Hands-on with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
