About the role
You'll introduce Debbie-GEO to healthcare clinics across the US. This is a high-autonomy role with full sales-cycle ownership - prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. You'll be selling a product that opens a new category for clinics, which means consultative thinking and creative outreach matter as much as pipeline math.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, for healthcare clinic accounts
- Run compelling product demos that connect AI visibility to growth outcomes
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with a structured, data-driven approach
- Develop deep expertise in the AI search landscape and educate prospects on the emerging category
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to sharpen messaging
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling skills - you lead with curiosity and tailor every conversation
- Sharp communication across email, phone, and video
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with evolving processes
- Self-motivated, hunter mentality
Nice to have
- Experience selling into healthcare, local businesses, or other multi-location verticals
- Familiarity with AI, SEO, or digital marketing concepts
- Hands-on with sales tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or Gong
